This original mixed media painting combines textured acrylic, digital transfer, and impasto techniques to explore themes of mental clarity, emotion, and identity. The portrait features a female figure whose head is obscured by a cloud formation—symbolizing the haze of overthinking and the emotional downpour that often follows. Blue paint drips down from the cloud like rainfall, evoking a sense of inner melancholy or mental overwhelm, while her expression remains soft and contemplative.

The cloud motif was inspired by the psychological concept of “brain fog” and the mental weather we all experience—especially during anxiety or depression. The artist aims to evoke empathy, reflection, and a sense of shared humanity in the viewer. The choice of medium—acrylic paint layered with photographic detail and physical textural build-up—was deliberate, blending realism and abstraction to mirror the contrast between inner clarity and emotional chaos.

Every painting listed here is an original, one-of-a-kind work of art, signed and dated on the back.

At checkout, a $100 shipping deposit will be collected via PayPal. This deposit allows me to begin carefully packing and preparing your artwork for shipment.

After your purchase:

• I will personally pack your painting with care

• Weigh and measure the package

• Generate a custom shipping label based on your preferences

You can choose to have the painting shipped:

• Unstretched and rolled in a tube (most affordable for larger works)

 → This option is ideal for international shipping and can be easily restretched and stapled to stretcher bars by a local framer upon arrival

• Flat/stretched/mounted (ready to hang, but often more expensive to ship)

Once the final shipping cost is calculated:

• If it’s under $100, you’ll be refunded the difference

• If it’s over $100, you’ll receive a separate invoice via email for the remaining balance

• Shipping materials and handling are included in the purchase price

• Shipping must be paid within 2 weeks of your purchase

• Please allow 1–2 weeks for packaging and preparation

• No returns or refunds are accepted on original paintings

• International customers: You may be subject to customs fees or VAT, which are determined by your country and are not included in the purchase price
